Apoyo Ciudadano - INE 5.6

Apoyo Ciudadano – INE is an informatics system developed by the National Electoral Institute (INE) that allows the extraction of information contained in both the front and back of the Voter ID Card with Photo (CPV), as well as capturing the citizen's live photo and signature. The collected information sent to the INE will be used to verify the registration status in accordance with electoral regulations.

The application is designed to enable the collection of signatures from citizens supporting Independent Candidacies, promoters of Citizen Consultations and Initiatives, and participants in the Recall Process. This can be done either by an assistant or directly by citizens who wish to participate.

Additionally, it allows for the registration of affiliated individuals to organizations in the process of becoming a National Political Party, as well as validating and confirming members of National Political Parties through designated assistants.
